Nigerian Food

Postby adeoba » Mon Jul 28, 2008 5:19 pm

Hi,

I was wondering if any of you would like to share your favorite Nigerian food recipes. I have friends who have visited Nigeria and enjoyed the diet. Our food is probably a little too spicy for non African tastes. But no doubt some of you may have tried pounded yam with efo riro or fish pepper soup. What did you make of it and were you tempted enough to learn to cook Nigerian food?
